Supreme Court Justices urge exploration of alternative sentencing options

It is interesting that two judges from our nation’s highest court don’t believe the current idea of total incarceration is working for our criminal justice system, as noted in an article recently published by the Wall Street Journal. It is true that alternative sentencing options can and do work and need continued exploration.
