Timothy S. Note

Originally from the southern Willamette Valley in Oregon, Tim earned his bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Gonzaga University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all Courts in the State of Washington, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington.
Outside the courtroom, Tim enjoys pursuing the numerous outdoor opportunities the Inland Northwest offers and spending time with his wife and kids.
J. Brendan Kidd
Brendan Kidd is a principal attorney at Note & Kidd PLLC. When not in the office, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and playing hockey.
Jake Smith is a criminal defense attorney who is passionate about advocating for his clients in Eastern Washington. He is unrelenting in pursuit of the best possible outcome on his client’s behalf. Jake joined Note & Kidd PLLC as a criminal defense associate in 2021, after serving as a licensed legal intern with attorneys Tim Note and Brendan Kidd.
Jake earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Gonzaga University School of Law, earning top marks in Constitutional Law and Securities Regulation. Jake is from Snoqualmie, Washington, and earned his bachelor’s degree from St. Martin’s University.
Jake enjoys spending time with friends, reading, watching sports, and video games.

Hayley wears many hats at Note & Kidd including office manager, legal assistant, and bookkeeper.
She was born and raised in the Spokane area and especially loves the summers in the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, Hayley enjoys volunteering at the local humane society.
